Access and scope

Public business-data access is different from permission to manage a Yelp business-owner account. Available listing information, ratings, review excerpts, and management actions depend on Yelp’s API products, partner access, and account permissions. Listing edits, review responses, and messaging are only available where explicitly supported; a standard business-data API key alone does not grant these capabilities.
