10. Meta/Instagram Data Deletion and Disconnect
Users can disconnect their Meta account from ClickBase at any time in app settings (if enabled) or by contacting support.
Upon valid deletion/disconnect requests, we process removal of applicable integration data consistent with legal obligations.

Deletion request process:
1. Request by email

2. Include in your request
• Full name
• ClickBase account email
• Connected Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business Account name
• Optional: Meta app user ID (if available)
3. What we delete
After verification, ClickBase will delete or de-identify applicable Meta integration data associated with your account, including:
• Connected account linkage records
• Stored tokens/connection credentials
• Meta-related publishing job metadata (where deletion is permitted)
• Meta-related analytics/insight records, subject to legal and operational constraints
4. Processing timeline
We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
If more time is required, we will notify you.
5. Verification
To protect account security, ClickBase may request additional information to verify identity before processing deletion.

11. Cookies
