Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role

You will help develop the backend systems that connect business tools and support everyday workflows. Work with the team to deliver reliable services, improve performance, and keep the platform maintainable.

What You Will Work On

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs.

• Develop integrations with external business tools.

• Improve reliability, security, and performance.

• Review code, write tests, and document technical decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience developing backend applications and working with APIs.

• Understanding of databases, testing, and secure development practices.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make practical technical decisions.

• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate remotely.

Working Arrangement

This is a fully remote contract opportunity with Clickbase. Project scope, deliverables, availability, and contract duration will be agreed before work begins. No office attendance or relocation is required.
